Why does Artifact verify members?
Verification helps provide context for staff, artists, commissioners, and adult-only access. It is one way Artifact builds trust without relying only on assumptions.
Why are reports confidential?
Reports may include sensitive information, private conversations, or evidence involving multiple people. Keeping reports confidential helps protect reporters, witnesses, and community members.
Can moderation decisions be appealed?
Some decisions may be appealed through Artifact’s support process. Appeals are reviewed case by case, but submitting an appeal does not guarantee a decision will be changed.
Why are some violations zero tolerance?
Some actions create serious safety, legal, or trust concerns. Content involving exploitation, minors, fraud, or serious abuse may require immediate action.
